As a trainee supervisor, I am currently offering supervision at a reduced rate of £40 for a 1.5-hours (or £20 for 45 mins fortnightly) while I complete placement hours required for my level 6 supervision qualification. Supervision sessions are available either online via zoom or in person, please do reach out to enquire about my availability.

A supportive space to reflect and grow

I believe supervision is it's richest when counsellors are able to think out loud, explore challenges, celebrate successes and develop practice in a supportive, non-judgemental environment.

My approach

I am a Relational, Person-Centred, Psychodynamic counsellor and a Trainee supervisor using the Seven Eyed Model of Supervision. My approach to supervision is collaborative, reflective, grounded in curiosity and ethical practice. I aim to create a space where you can bring whatever is on your mind and explore your client work with openness and honesty. Challenge will also be offered, this is always done in the spirit of supporting growth, development and in a way that will aim to meet your individual needs and process.  

Trainee supervisor

I am currently completing my supervision training and placement hours. As part of my training, I receive regular supervision of my supervisory practice to support safe, ethical and effective supervision.
